Refund policy

ORDER RETURN:

To process a return, you must send us an email to info@oversuspension.eu. Once we have received it, we will request our courier service to pick up the items within four (4) working days from the confirmation of the return. In the event that the pickup request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.
All items must be in perfect condition and accompanied by their corresponding invoice (which you will find inside the box where your purchase was delivered). For swimwear, the items to be returned must retain the sanitary seal and must not have been used.

The return period is 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. Return expenses are free of charge.

Gifts such as hangers, covers, and promotional gifts should also be returned in the case of returns.
All items must be returned with the security seal.

Return expenses are free of charge through our courier service. Once your return is received and approved, you will receive the refund in the same manner as you made your purchase.

After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have the inner tags), the amount will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. The credit to the credit card always depends on your bank and will be processed within 14 working days .
