SHIPPING
All shipments are shipped from Spain, customs clearance costs are not included.
You will receive your order at the address provided within the following delivery times after it has been processed: Spain: 24 hours–12 business days, Europe: 7–15 business days, International: 15–20 business days. Shipments are carefully prepared from Monday to Friday. All orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.
Once the order has been prepared in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from the transport company GLS (for EU countries) or FEDEX (for countries outside the EU) with the tracking number of the shipment.
The prices displayed on oversuspension.eu include the applicable VAT within the European Union, but do not include customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees that may apply at the destination.
If your order is shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or a country outside the European Union, the destination customs authorities may apply additional charges before delivery. In that case, the shipping company will contact you to arrange the corresponding payment. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of each country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the order.

ORDER RETURN:
To make a return, you must send an email to: info@oversuspension.eu. Once we have received it, we will request our courier service to pick up the items within four (4) working days from the confirmation of the return. In the event that the pickup request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.
All items must be in perfect condition and accompanied by their corresponding invoice (which you will find inside the box where your purchase was delivered).
The return period is 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. Return expenses are free of charge.
Return expenses are free of charge through our courier service.
After approving the return, the amount will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. The credit to the credit card always depends on your bank and will be processed within 14 working days .

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, you can proceed with the return request for your item.
