Send us an email to info@oversuspension.es indicating the order number, detected problem and attach images or videos of the device explaining the incident.

It is free of charge for you.

Oversuspension covers the costs of product collection and shipping of the repaired device or a new unit.

Customs costs are also covered if applicable.
