OFFROAD MOTORCYCLE OVERSUSPENSION KIT INSTALLATION MANUAL
We recommend that the kit be installed by a specialized workshop.
Required tools:
- Torque wrench and socket for tightening the motorcycle's axle nut.
- Small torque wrench and Allen key for tightening the three screws of the kit.
- Medium threadlocker, such as Loctite 243.
First, replace the original chain tensioner with the Oversuspension support:
IMPORTANT!
Make sure both tensioners are fully engaged before tightening the axle.
Maintain the tightening torque recommended in the motorcycle manual for the rear axle nut.
Next, attach the clamp with the resonator inside to the support, using the three screws and respecting the following tightening torques, making sure both pieces are flush at the bottom.
For added security, apply a drop of threadlocker (Loctite 243 or similar) to the center screw.
When checking the main bolts of your motorcycle, include these screws in your checklist.
