INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR ROAD MOTORCYCLE OVERSUSPENSION KIT
We recommend that the kit be installed by a specialized workshop.
Tools needed:
- Torque wrench and socket for tightening the motorcycle axle nut.
- Small torque wrench and allen key for tightening the three screws in the kit.
- Medium threadlocker, type Loctite 243.
First we replace the original chain tensioner with the Oversuspension mount:
IMPORTANT!
Make sure that both tensioners stop before tightening the axle.
Maintain the torque recommended in the motorcycle book for the rear axle nut.
Next, fix the clamp with the resonator inside to the support, with the three screws respecting the following tightening torques and flushing the two pieces from below.
For offroad use we recommend a drop of thread lock on the central screw.
When you check the tightening of the main bolts on your motorcycle, include these bolts in your Check.
