Collaboration or Conflict
“The thinkers I owe a great deal to are two physicists who are no longer with us:
Giuliano Preparata and Emilio Del Giudice.
What do these two physicists have to do with Oversuspension?
These two thinkers did something truly unique: showed that physical phenomena could be seen not from a perspective of conflict, but of collaboration.
The result of this vision was the development of the framework of Quantum Electrodynamics.
Instead of studying energy born from impact, they explored the concept of coherence.
It was precisely Giuliano Preparata who, in the field of water and later applied to mechanics, developed the concept of coherence domain.
A coherence domain is a region, a condition, a context in which all forces are in phase and pushing in the same direction.
This is extraordinary when we consider that we have long imagined energy as one force overpowering another. They, however, propose bringing the system to a state of coherence.
Even forces in antiphase can contribute to coherence when they are precisely arranged. In that case, they do not oppose the system — they help organise it, reduce entropy, and create order.
The coherence domain is that region, that condition, that context in which all forces are in phase, pushing in the same direction.
Something extraordinary, if we consider that until now we have always conceived energy as the result of one force overcoming another. They, however, propose to bring the system to a state of coherence.
And this also implies that, even by precisely and asymmetrically arranging forces in antiphase, we can still speak of a global coherence domain: because that antiphase serves the purposes of the system as a whole, reducing its entropy and ordering its behavior.
The result is a system that dissipates little energy, because everything operates synchronously — in phase or in antiphase when counterforce is needed — but always in an orderly and coherent manner.”
NICOLA BRAGAGNOLO
Creator of Oversuspension
When all forces push in the same direction, the system does not struggle. It governs.
