WARRANTY POLICY

To request a warranty replacement, please email us at info@oversuspension.es.
Once we receive your request, we will arrange for our courier service to collect the item within four (4) business days.

  • The warranty does not cover scratches, impacts, or other cosmetic damage caused by use that does not affect the proper functioning of the device.
  • Warranty replacements will be carried out exclusively in the same country where the purchase was made.
  • The costs of collection, new shipment, and any possible customs fees will be covered by Oversuspension.

Once the defective device has been received at our warehouse in Madrid, we will proceed to ship a replacement unit.
